Multi-lingual course design
Rozina Parmar, comes with a rich experience of having worked for more than 10 years in technology companies which are at the forefront of e-learning. She has authored a thesis on 'Information and Communication Technology in Education — 21st Century Learning' for her final year MBA project and is an enthusiast in school and college education and teaches at various schools. She is a faculty at Welingkar Education for Business Design (Subject - 'Flash Animation'). She is an active volunteer with various NGOs. She has worked with Navneet Publications and Tata Interactive Systems and her experience spans Educational CDs and Online Courseware.

Chanda Varma, has over 7 years work experience in the financial sector, primarily in Retail assets business. She has worked for over 3 years at HSBC Consumer Finance division with exposure to Underwriting as well as Internal Audit for Personal Loans. As her last responsibility, she was working as an Associate VP - Training & staff development for HSBC Contact centre. In her previous assignment she has worked in the capacity of an assistant manager with the sales and the credit team of GE Money (the erstwhile GE Countrywide Financial Services). She is a Bcom graduate from NM College, Mumbai with a Post graduate diploma from Sydenham Institute, Mumbai.
