INVITING SUBJECT MATTER EXPERTS

We offer smartly designed courseware in the Finance and Banking domain for online or classroom delivery. These cover the array of sub-domains like Banking concepts, Banking products & services, investment banking and Corporate Banking. These are designed based on the Indian Industry practices.

For each area of expertise, TC invites Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) ñ one of these SMEs is the anchor to the course. He/she is the main SME and the first point of contact on critical responsibilities of the identified course. Other SMEs take up roles of reviews, checkers, backups and assessors.

The TrainingCentral courseware is specially designed to be modular, interactive and collaborative. The course learners can query the SMEs on the area of expertise. The course could incorporate questions that have subjective answers. The answers would flow back to the SMEs for evaluation and assessment. As a result, the SME will have a continued responsibility for the course due to the nature of the TC courseware. We welcome the following
